To Logout or Restart the IHR

Logout

Via the IHR PC directly, in room G24 - don't attempt remotely!

  • Logout of the IHR (upper right corner of the screen, labelled “Desktop”), then log back in with the megadmin account (p/wd: [Information]).
    • “Recent Activity” -> “Leave” -> “Logout”

Restart

  • Put the IHR into “Maintenance” mode, then restart from the same place as the “Logout” option above.
    • “Recent Activity” -> “Leave” -> “Restart Computer”

Once rebooted, check IHR is back in Normal mode. If necessary, click on the Normal button.

  • Check by examining the LEDs on the IHR cabinet door.
