IHR Key User Information
Out-of-hours CHBH access will be required, if there is an on-site IHR issue overnight.
To request access, please read and fill in the following form: Requesting out-of-hours access
Please follow the procedure for Emergency Out-of-Hours, BEFORE attempting anything else, once on-site to attend to an IHR issue out of hours - an issue that wasn't recoverable from off-Campus.
A call to Security may have already been placed from Home addess, informing them of planned attendance.

Not all suggested usage can now be performed remotely, due to TeamViewer no longer supporting the older version currently in use on the IHR. Only if accessing the IHR Console locally in the Tank Room (G24) will the procedures work as suggested.

Spare Keys
- Spare keys to the MEG Control Room & IHR Tank Room can be found in the wall key safe in Reception. All CHBH Operations Committee members know the procedure to access the Reception key safe.
